Pick the request to raise for Unreconciled. IT gets everything it needs to set up or remove access and equipment.
- Takes about 5 minutes
- Sends the request to the IT Manager and IT Support Admin
- Shows the follow-up steps and dates once submitted
New starter
Someone is joining. Raise the IT setup request so they are ready on day one.
You'll need
- Contact details and start date
- Team, reporting manager and buddy
- Employee code, if issued
Leaver
Someone is leaving. Raise the exit request to remove access and collect equipment.
You'll need
- Exit date and reason
- What happens to their Google Workspace data
- Equipment to collect
